Music is an important part of Springfield Lutheran School. Our students participate in music class, integrate music in the classroom, and perform in church and chapel services. Beginning in 2nd grade, students also have the opportunity to participate in extracurricular music opportunities.
Instrumental Band
Beginning Band is for students in 3rd grade or higher, depending on skill level. Practice times are before school.
Advanced Band is for students in 4th grade or higher, depending on skill level. Practice times are before school.
Jazz Band is for students in 4th grade or higher, depending on skill level. Practice times are before school.

Choir
The “Singing Saints” choir is required for students in 5th grade and is optional for students in grades 6-8. Practice times are during school. There is no cost to participate.
